Daeshin Metal Co., Ltd. has endeavored to develop production technology for aluminum-based nonmetal castings and improve aluminum alloy properties through research since its establishment in February 1981. Through these efforts, we have led aluminum-casting production technology in Korea. We produce specialized ground and marine military equipment and now supply them to the Army of the Republic of Korea. We also produce parts for heavy electric equipment and aircraft, and have a good reputation for excellence among overseas, particularly in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan. We also export large quantities of industrial facilities, as well as automobile and speedboat engine parts.
We have a variety of casting facilities, such as self-hardening resin sand-mould casting, automatic-line sand-mould casting, metal-mould, and low-pressure casting processes. Customers can select one of these processes depending on their quality, price, delivery, and quantity requirements. We also have various machining equipment such as CNC machining centers, lathes, and milling machines, as well as testing and inspection equipment. We can provide our products to our customers at very competitive price because we do everything, from casting to finishing, right at our own plant.
